By making a booking with Batman Transfer you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation by email and/or SMS containing your reference number and driver details. Please check your details and notify us immediately of any errors.

All prices are quoted per vehicle and are final and all-inclusive (tolls, taxes, luggage and meet-and-greet). You may pay securely online at booking or in cash to the driver on arrival, as offered at checkout.

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a charge. See our Refund Policy for full details.

To amend a booking (time, date, destination or passenger count), contact our support with your reference number. Changes are subject to availability and any applicable price difference.

You must provide accurate pickup details and flight information, be ready at the agreed time, and ensure passenger numbers do not exceed the booked vehicle's capacity. Seat belts must be worn at all times.

Each vehicle category has a stated luggage capacity. Excess or oversized luggage must be declared at booking so a suitable vehicle can be assigned; otherwise carriage cannot be guaranteed.

We monitor arriving flights and your driver will wait for delayed flights at no extra charge. For non-airport pickups, please allow reasonable waiting time and keep your phone reachable.

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, road closures, strikes or government actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Türkiye.
