How do I book a transfer?
Enter your pick-up and drop-off, date and passenger count on the home page, choose a vehicle and confirm in under a minute. You'll receive an instant email confirmation with your booking reference (BT-…).
Do I need an account to book?
No. You can book as a guest with just your name and email. After booking we send you a link to activate an account so you can view and manage your trips — but it's completely optional.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours before travel so we can guarantee your preferred vehicle. Last-minute bookings are often possible too — if you're short on time, call or WhatsApp us and we'll do our best.
Can I book a transfer for someone else?
Yes. Just enter the passenger's details and flight information. The confirmation can be sent to your email, theirs, or both.
Will I receive a confirmation and voucher?
Yes. You get an instant email confirmation, and a printable e-voucher with your reference, route, driver meeting point and contact details.
How much does a transfer cost?
Prices are fixed and shown upfront the moment you search, based on your route and vehicle. There's no surge pricing and the price covers all passengers and luggage in the vehicle.
